2. General Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently, please adhere to the following general conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: The original purchase receipt is required for all returns to receive a full refund.
- Return Window: You may return eligible products within 14 days of the purchase date printed on your receipt.
- Product Condition: For returns not related to quality issues, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, unused, and with all original tags and labels intact.
- Process: Please bring the product and your original receipt to our Customer Service counter for assistance.

3.1 Dry, Canned, and Packaged Groceries
These products (e.g., instant noodles, rice, spices, canned goods) are subject to the General Conditions in Section 2. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
3.2 Fresh, Frozen, and Refrigerated Foods
- Returns due to change of mind: For food safety reasons and to protect the health of our community, Ni Market does not accept returns on fresh, frozen, or refrigerated items (including produce, meat, fish, seafood, dairy products, and all frozen goods) if the reason is a change of mind or an incorrect purchase.
- Returns due to quality issues: Ni Market stands by the quality of its products. In the event you purchase a perishable item that is spoiled, damaged, or otherwise defective at the time of sale, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
- Requirements: To resolve the issue, please notify us of the quality problem within 48 hours of the time of purchase. You must provide the original receipt and bring the product (or a clear photograph of the defective product) to the store for verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
This return policy does not apply to the following items:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
- Gift cards.
- Alcoholic beverages (in accordance with local laws).
- Products damaged due to customer error, such as improper storage, a power failure at home, or misuse.
- Baby formula: Due to special regulations, baby formula cannot be returned. However, if the product is damaged or defective, it can be exchanged for the exact same item.
5. Refund Methods
- Refunds: For valid returns with an original receipt, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment (e.g., credited back to your credit card, cash back for a cash transaction).
- Store Credit: In special circumstances (e.g., a return without a receipt), a refund in the form of store credit may be issued at the discretion of store management.
- Exchanges: You may choose to exchange for an identical product (if available) or another product of equal value.
6. Ni Market’s Rights and Applicable Law
Ni Market reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
